What about information security?

All transactions that are added or updated on our applications are submitted through a secure socket layer of 128-bit encryption.  This is the highest security available for online transactions.  We make it our business that your data will be safe transacting online.

What about user privacy?
Only your designated login has access to your user data.  We feel that to ensure data integrity, access is given to the specific person who is organizing the reunion.

How long will it take to implement and start planning my event or reunion?
With our applications, there is virtually no software to install. Your subscription is ready within seconds after completion.

Where is my member data stored?
Your data is stored securely on a dedicated server-based infrastructure maintained at our data center. The web/data infrastructure is monitored and supported 24 hours a day/7 days a week. We also have a hardware-based firewall and antiviral software to protect the network from intruders.


How can I call for technical support?
The additional cost for facilitating a phone system and staff to handle customer service issues would have raised our internal expenses and this would have caused an increase in our license fees.  If you have a problem or question, send an email to support@efourtech.com and you will receive a response as soon as a technical sales representative is available to help you.
