Where
is my member data stored?
Your data is stored securely on a dedicated server-based
infrastructure maintained at our
data center. The web/data infrastructure is monitored and supported
24 hours a day/7 days a week. We also have a hardware-based
firewall and antiviral software to protect the network
from intruders.
How can I call
for technical support?
The additional cost for facilitating a
phone system and staff to handle customer service issues would
have raised our internal expenses and this would have caused an
